Getting in shape isn’t easy. It takes hard work, consistency and determination.
My job as one of the leading trainers in the world is to deliver incredible results, but in order to do so the plans have to easy to use and food has to be realistic for fitting into people’s lifestyles.
The best plan in world isn’t going to achieve anything if you cannot follow it.
Over the past few years of online training I have worked with thousands of people and know what works and what doesn’t. What people use and what people don’t use.
The nutritional aspect of any plan is the most challenging part to follow, an hour in the gym a day is easy compared to 24 hours of eating from a menu and also not letting temptation lead you astray.
You can get incredible results in less time training than you might think, as long as your food is on track.
Because of this and due to feedback from everyone on BetterSelf and Beyond I have set myself a challenge for the next couple of weeks.
My aim is make this whole process even easier for you.
As part of this process I am adding many new recipes over the next 4 weeks. The aim of these recipes is to make the nutritional aspect of your plan far easier, therefore securing more consistency and even better results.
The first section to this is a new deli-box series. These meals can be used for breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

The focus for me is always to ensure you get incredible results whilst making your life easy. Getting in shape does require sacrifice but I want to ensure you have to sacrifice as little as necessary for amazing progress.
