This plan isn’t for the faint hearted. This plan isn’t the first step, this plan is the last step, the final piece of the puzzle.
You train with maximum intensity every week, you are hitting your gym sessions and cardio hard. You are prepping meals each day to make sure all your efforts are rewarded. You are now looking to take the next step and get truly lean.
This guide takes your through everything you need to know to get there. It covers 2 training phases with both a 4 day weights and 3 days weight plan. It includes cardio, both interval training and low intensity cardio training. Also there is detailed information on food planning and supplementation to get you there.
About the competition
Email your before and after picture and information to email@example.com these will then be put on a blog post and voted for as the best improvement. The winner will receive 6 months online coaching for free! Normal value Â£799. One runner up will also receive fully customised 8 week training plan.
Remember as the competition is for improvement, the winner won’t necessarily be in the best shape but the person who has come on the furthest, opening it to everyone!
