Superhero Kitchen Hot and Sexy Sauce

This is one of my favourite recipes, Superhero Kitchen Hot and Sexy Sauce. This is perfect to spice up any nutritious meal time.

RECIPE

2 large tomatoes
4 cherry tomatoes
2-3 peppers of different varieties
1-4 chilies (choose wisely)
1/2 red onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1lemon
1lime
Healthy glug of olive oil
Healthy glug of Apple cider vinegar
Roast at 200 for 2-3 hours

Remove seeds and blend
Add fresh squeezed lemon/lime

How did it all begin?

Many years ago I made one of the biggest decisions a man can make.... I stopped buying hot sauce.

I know you may think I am crazy, what kind of man would no longer buy sauce that is hot? The truth is like most miracles of this world it was an act of pure fate. For 26 years I had been consuming hot sauce purchased from large supermarket chains, feeding the beast that is pushing out local business.

I knew there was something in my life missing, something more, something greater.

Then on one perfect autumnal day in September I met @naturaladdiction at Warner Bros studios and this all changed.
Mikey taught me that hot sauce doesn't need to be purchased; it can be produced in ones kitchen with ingredients obtained from ones local green grocers. Needless to say I was flabbergasted.

To this day you may find me in my kitchen with chilli fingers, producing this liquid gold. No longer held back by the restraints of modern society. I have become self-sufficient in my quest for eating hot and flavoursome food. Now that my friends is truly special.
