Pimp my Protein - Asian Pesto
The first PMP video launched last week was a huge success so I had to get working on the next right away!

This is one of my favourite sauces of all time, the original recipe I got from one of the cast chefs. I have put the teamkingsbury spin on it to make it easier to make and better suited to the healthy way of eating.
When it comes to eating out it can be easy to sabotage your progress. It's easy to undo several days worth of calories burned training in a single meal. The trick unfortunately is discipline, nearly every single place that sells food will sell be able to sell you something that won't cause you too much trouble. You just need the will power to order it and not the full works and all the deserts. Will power is an area I find fascinating, why is it some people have it in abundance when it comes to food and others crack so easily? I believe you only have so much will power to spend each day and therefor it all comes down to priorities. If you want to get in shape then healthy eating needs to be your tour priority.
