Results are not just for celebrities and famous actors, some of the best results I have ever achieved are with people I have never met! Busy business owners, mums and dads. Lack of time isn’t a problem; the problem is lack of commitment.

I ran a competition a few weeks ago when I released my “Lead by Example” video. I gave away several plans for free at random from a group of people that inspired me.

When I asked how achieving his fitness results would help him and inspire other he said

“Stagnation and fake comfort zones are deadly to everyone-even to pros. Losing mindset of a hungry hardworking unstoppable machine to complete opposite is very easy…you would be surprised how easy it is. This has happened to me. As a professional athlete, I reached a point where I decided I need a break from my sport which is a part of my life and that was one of my mistakes I’ve made so far in my life. This was really because of my youths maximalism as I thought I will be able to jump back into it at any moment. Guess what. Didn’t happen. So after 4 years of break I decided to do a comeback. My mindset has improved, but the fitness is where I struggle. I need a plan, routine, regime as it was before when I peaked at my sport, need a system to train by, so that I can overcome my previous me and surprise the world. I do coaching as well as struggling to get back into circuit so all the knowledge I get I pass on to my students and train together with them. I run sessions by the principle of leading by the example so I understand very well what benefit it give to others.

So this is my pain which I struggle with, I need someone to push me off the edge so that I can climb back up even stronger.

He then sent me these before and after pictures to me and here he is only at the 4 week mark.  I have seen some hard work and effort put into my plans over the years and this is up there.

Edgar like many of the people on my plan are heavily involved in fitness, even fitness professionals themselves. They come to me for the structure, support and knowledge I provide. Like so many people they know they have to do something, they have to finally commit and not look back. Change is hard to achieve but the only way you will see change is by taking action.
