ANOTHER WEEK DOWN

Tricky one this week for me. Lack of sleep, busy schedule and a few back issues have all added up to a non perfect week.

But the show must go on.

Food has been excellent and the training I have managed has been spot on.

Weight is down slightly and I am certainly starting to feel a lot leaner.

Next week I have the dexa and bod pod booked for Wednesday and I am really looking forward to checking the results and also the comparison between the results.

As well as getting the body fat tests done I am aiming to do a bit of a gym photo shoot. It's about time I had some new photos for the website and my material.
