Superhero Kitchen Chicken Satay

Simple Satay Recipe

100g Long stem broccoli
190g Avocado
170g Chicken
45g Peanut butter
170ml Coconut milk
Squeeze of lime
Dried Chili

- Heat the peanut butter and coconut milk until liquid- add chili, lime and sprinkle of ginger
- Grill chicken and boil broccoli
- Serve with sliced avocado
