RECIPE TO TRY – DELICIOUS KOREAN BEEF

It’s been a while since I posted a recipe here!

I am going to aim to get one of these up every week for you to try. Food is so important when it comes to results, getting your calories right for your goals is crucial. Enjoying your food is equally as important in my opinion, if you don’t like the food you are eating you simply won’t stick with it long term.

Consistently hitting your calories is key, for this you need to know what you need each day and what you are consuming each day.

Whilst this recipe isn’t designed for your calorie needs it does provide you a delicious and healthy option you can try.

For a custom meal plan that provides simple and enjoyable meal plan at your exact calories you can join my online coaching or my letslivefit program.

But for now just enjoy this super simple and healthy meal which comes in at 500 cals and the macros macros 20% calories from carbs, 40% from protein and 40% from fats
