Habit Structure

Morning habits

Do not snooze alarm under any circumstances

Do not check your phone for first hour of the day

Spend 5 minutes doing diaphragmatic breathing

No caffeine for 60mins after waking

Daily habits

Hydration – hit your prescribed fluid intake

No Caffeine after 12noon

Training if planned

Hit calorie targets or follow recipes

Evening habits

60 min no screen time

5 mins diaphragmatic breathing

No alcohol

Set aside enough time for 7-8 hours sleep
