BetterSelf is a dynamic system, constantly changing and helping you as you progress and get fitter and stronger. The personalised calories and macros are adapted every month to optimise the changes in your body and the changes in your goals. Things change. I know that, and so do you, so each month you will be asked to complete a short review. This will allow me to recalculate your calories and macros, based on the progress you have made or any changes in your circumstances.

Beyond

Simply put, Beyond is a fully personalised 12-week training plan, written for you,
by me, David Kingsbury. It works around your goals, with custom calories and macros which adapt through each phase of your training to help you meet your individual needs. I don't just give you the plan and leave you to it. I will support you every step of the way along our 12-week journey.
