Transformation Tuesday – Joe

At 51, I look and feel better than I ever have and my blood pressure is now normal!

joe.jpgI can’t thank you enough for all of the time you put in checking in on my progress and making changes to both my diet and workout routines to make sure I continued to have results. For such an incredibly reasonable price, you spent a lot of time customizing things for me every week, which I’m sure took a lot of time and I know you have many online clients in addition to training actors. It was that constant involvement on your part that led me to completely change my body and lose a lot of weight that was not only depressing me, but had caused some scary health issues.

Just a couple of years ago, I had several very bad bouts of vertigo and ended up in the hospital. After heart and brain testing, it was discovered I had a previous mini stroke and had a compressed artery in my neck and blood pressure of over 200. I was told to not work out heavily, but not told how long I should refrain from that. With my weight near 260 pounds (117 kilograms), I was disgusted and had to get in shape.

I originally started working out on my own in October of 2015 and hiked a few times a week and then started going to a gym 3-4 times a week with no guidance other than my online research. In January 2016, I was 249 pounds (113 kilograms) and found you online after reading about your work with Hugh Jackman. After 12 weeks of your Warrior program, I am now 215 pounds (97.5 kilograms) and my muscle tone looks so good, I am getting a tone of positive responses on social media and from many people I know! I have not looked this good since my 20s, but I look better because i was thin then, but did not have much muscle definition.

The customized diet, you worked on with me weekly, was really what helped me. I used to think I ate somewhat healthy, but didn’t realize that I ate large portions or used too much oil or ate too late at night. But, having exact meals and portions sent to me kept me on track and I do not think I could have lost all this weight and looked so good in only 12 weeks without that.

The training workouts were intense, but once I told you I had time to dedicate to anything you planned out, you put together routines that I regularly didn’t think I could finish, but did because I knew that you could help me change my looks in only 12 weeks.

Not only do I look and feel great, but am bank to a pants size I haven’t worn in 10-15 years! Also, I feel I’ve learned practical ways to eat and train so that I will never rebound and go back to old habits. Some diet plans have packaged meals to buy, but that doesn’t help me know how to eat normal food and maintain or lose weight.

Now that I am trim again, I can’t wait to sign up again to have you show me how to add lean muscle and bulk up without getting fat or bloated. I also know I want to stay fit until I’m very old and I hope you keep training online for the next 25 years so I can stay fit into my 70s!
