SETTING GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS (SUMMER IS COMING)

If you’re thinking about starting a 12-week training plan for the summer, then don’t delay any more! Summer is fast approaching and many people set their goals far too late to achieve the desired results.

Beach Body Blast

Fitness should be challenging but only in the right ways. The last thing you want is to be rushing through your training in order to get that beach body. The best fitness plans take time and consistent effort. If you want to achieve a certain look or fitness level, you need to be aware of the time it takes to achieve the results.

Fitness should also be enjoyable. There’s nothing fun about rushing through fitness sessions with a feeling of panic about not achieving your goals in time.

Your Training Plan

I offer 12-week training plans as I believe this to be the minimum investment of time to see the type of results most of us expect. In reality, health and fitness is a way of life. Just like crash dieting, there’s no quick fix.

You want a plan that will make you feel fitter and healthier in both the short- and long-term which means you need to put in the work. That is why my business is focused on lifestyle and long-term results. 

Every 12-week plan is unique and tailored to your individual workout goals. Plans are also designed to fit easily around your schedule to make sure that you can exercise at a convenient time when you can focus your energies and efforts.

I also offer nutrition and diet advice to support your plan and make sure you get the most out of every session.

The Long Game

With the training plan, I suggest setting both long term and short term goals. This provides consistent motivation and inspiration along the way. It’s also good for you to get to know your body and your ability. You will be surprised by just how much you can achieve when you put your mind to it and really get going.

Of course, this doesn’t mean only playing the long game. I also work using daily goals for accountability. It’s incredible how many calories you can burn and how far you can advance in just one workout. I believe in highlighting every piece of progress to show you what you are capable of and provide a boost as you continue to strive towards the finish line.
