Over the last few years I have trained to get strong and I have also now been training to get fit. My new system of training will let me have both!
"I,Warrior" is one of my new training systems that focuses on making the all round athlete, fit strong, flexible and incredibly awesome.
Personally I wont be aiming to add much bulk, just boost strength and fitness. But if adding muscle is your goal this plan will work wonders with the correct food plan and supplement plan.
